Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: 11 June 2021
At Teemakers, every order is made exclusively for you. Since all our products are
customized based on your selected design, text, images, size, color, and other preferences,
production begins shortly after your order is placed. For this reason, we offer only a limited
cancellation window.
Cancellation Window
- You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.
- Cancellation requests received after 12 hours cannot be accepted, as your order may already be in production.
- To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support immediately and provide your Order ID.
Customized Orders
Every product at Teemakers is printed and manufactured specifically according to your personal
requirements. Because of this personalized production process:
- No cancellations are accepted after 12 hours from the time your order is placed.
- Once printing or production has started, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, exchanged, or refunded.
- Please carefully review your design, spelling, images, size, color, shipping address, and all order details before completing your purchase.
When We May Cancel an Order
In rare situations, Teemakers reserves the right to cancel an order if:
- The product becomes unavailable.
- Payment verification fails.
- There is an incorrect price or technical error on our website.
- Incomplete or incorrect customer information is provided.
- The order is suspected to be fraudulent or unauthorized.
If Teemakers cancels your order, any payment received will be refunded in full to your original
payment method.
Refunds for Eligible Cancellations
For cancellation requests approved within the 12-hour cancellation window, refunds will be
processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your
bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to appear in your account.
